Pet Care is a local service provider offering pet sitting, dog walking, grooming, and boarding. They had strong word-of-mouth but no digital presence capable of converting new visitors into bookings.
The goal was to design a warm, trust-first website that communicates their services clearly and removes every barrier between a first visit and a booking.
Designed a multi-page site using a warm orange and cream palette, friendly, approachable, and consistent with the brand personality. Each page has one clear job: build trust, explain services, or capture the lead.
The site covers seven pages: Home, About Us, Services, Testimonials, FAQ, Blog, and Contact. Every section was designed to move the visitor one step closer to reaching out.
Each service (grooming, sitting, walking, boarding) gets its own detail card with description and a direct booking prompt.
A dedicated page of real client reviews presented in a clean grid. Social proof that works for a local service business.
Answers to common questions about vaccinations, grooming, and facility policies, reducing pre-booking hesitation.
Service selection, date preference, and a message field. Designed to feel like a conversation, not a support ticket.
A content section for pet care tips that builds SEO and positions the business as a trusted local authority.
Partner logos and affiliations reinforce credibility and signal professional standards to first-time visitors.
Hero section leading with a warm headline, colorful pet photo grid, and a clear CTA. Services, testimonials, gallery, and a contact form are layered below, one continuous trust-building scroll.
All common questions about services, vaccinations, grooming frequency, and facility policies laid out in a clean accordion. Reduces back-and-forth before a first booking.
A contact form with service selection and a message field, alongside warm team photos. Designed to feel like a conversation rather than a standard support form.
